IMO best on the market available
I looked at several by far the best option for my roadster.

You might find the cost is a bit steep, But it's worth the money. I am impressed with the build quality of this product. It includes the spacers depending on the engine room clearance. The kit is easy to install, only took me about 20 minutes.
Most importantly, This is the one of the ONLY Strut Tower Brace in the market you can sandwich with the Brake Master Cylinder Brace. You can be creative to build on your own, otherwise, this is a GOTO option!

Amazing, changes the feeling a lot.
I am very impressed with the quality of this. It stiffens up the ride a lot. It's light weight and helps give you confidence in corners.

Best bang for your buck for cheap suspension mod.

Great for performance, comfort and looks!
Got this bar for my 2003 to replace the stock one expecting a little more stiffness, was happily surprised by lots more stiffness, steering response, and less cowl shake and rattling from the cabin.

Install took about a second and a half and it looks sooo much better than the stock one. Also weighed about a pound or two less!

Great for the front. Leaves me wanting the same for the rear.
I have a '91. Brace clearly does what it is intended to do. It eliminated the shuttering from the front of the car. It makes the car fell more planted up front. But now the rear shuttering is more noticeable. I'm going to look into bracing for the rear of the car. It's like I have a new car in front but it was welded to the back end of an old car. Other than the delrin door bushings, I've done no other modifications from stock.

Cowl shake killer, worth the $!!!
I just installed one on my 94 A-spec after trying and failing to install a Megan Racing brace - bought largely 'cause it was a deal...that was meant to fit my 94 but only if using an aftermarket intake...

I have a hard dog x-brace bar in my car, v-maxx sports and sways, GarageStar Delrin door bushings and ever since the roll bar went in I had exacerbated cowl shake due to the suspension and the uprated chassis stiffness.

The Brace killed it. Realistically, unless on pavement that looks like a motocross track this thing made my car feel like a sedan...

As for handling, the turn in feels a bit crisper but I can't say the handing has improved the car was pretty dialed in before.

Awesome piece, worth the price and you will not be disappointed.

Worth the money - Noticeable difference in feel.
Just installed it on my 1990 NA. Even though my car only has 120k mi on the clock, the 26 year-old body was definitely in need of some bracing. I installed this shock tower brace and the Garage Star Delrin door bushings (my rubber ones weren't looking too healthy), and it was a world of difference, even in just the "test lap" that I took around the block.

Installation was pretty easy. Only issue is that I need to remove the spacers. With both of them in, my hood has to flex a little bit to close. With the lack of sun, that'll have to wait until morning. Other than that, took about 15 minutes (well, closer to 30, but that was just waiting for the WD-40 to break the shock tower nuts loose) and went off without a hitch.

For about $150, there's much to gain and little to lose. Highly recommended if you want better control and a car that feels better overall.

A Reasonably Priced & Worthwhile Improvement
I have a '92 with 123k with the Stage 1 suspension kit set on 2 in Connecticut roads. The car is in very good shape, and I just want to stiffen it a little and reduce cowl shake. I previously replaced the played out stock door bushings with delrin, which greatly reduced the door rattles.

This was my second step. I found it tightened the front end and eliminated a lot of the cowl shake and noise. Big potholes or gaps still shudders the chassis, but I am impressed with the improvement.

For the cost, ease of installation, and improvement, this is a worthwhile upgrade. I am considering the rear subframe brace next. This seems like a good middle ground for me, as I don't want to go so far as the frame rail reinforcements or the butterfly brace.

Helps a little bit and looks great under the hood
Does help just a smidge with cowl shake..but I suspect other problems with my car are the casue of most of the cowl shake...i did have to cleanrce hood to get it to not rub

Not bad, not a miracle
Before purchasing, research I did in the miata community lead me to believe STBs were either a huge waste of money or the miracle cure for cowl shake. I think this one fits somewhere in the middle. Quality is excellent, no bending this sucker. Install was extremely easy (even my '94 with having to re-route the cruise control). My impression after 50 or so miles of test driving on Wisconsin's crappy roads it is a decent upgrade if you have money to spare and are looking to reduce cowl shake a bit with a simple upgrade. It wasn't quite as awesome as the prior review made it out to be. I would say 25% reduction in cowl shake. Did not notice any change in handling, but frankly you shouldn't expect it with a STB on a miata.
